The name says it all. Citrus, citrus and then it smacks you in the face with some more citrus….there's some other flavours in there too- grapefruit, melon, lime, lychee, gooseberry and passionfruit.It makes a fantastic allrounder, but we love to use it as a standalone hop in a hopburst (late additions only) pale ale or lager for an intense flavour and aroma hit. If you like cascade, centennial or other citrusy hops, you'll love this one.
