DESCRIPTIONThis is our first seasonal beer. It is a classic Bohemian or Czech Pilsner with a good malt profile, firm bitterness and pleasant hop aroma and flavour.

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

Approximate cube volume: 16.5L

Starting Gravity: 1.059 undiluted, 1.050 with 3 litres of water added

Bitterness: 40 IBU’s using Northern Brewer hops.

Grist make up: 80% Joe White Pilsner and 20% Weyermann Pilsner.

Late hops: Saaz

No dry hopping suggestions

Recommended yeasts:2 x Fermentis 34/70, Mangrove Jacks M54 California Lager, M76 Bavarian Lager.
