English Special Bitter, flavourful with earthy hops, rich malt flavours and up front bitterness.

This is the grain pack only – you will need to add hops and yeast to the cart as well – 55gm of East Kent Goldings and 50gm of Bramling Cross. I recommend Lalbrew London Dried yeast with this brew, but you could use any one of a number of UK yeasts to ferment this beer – choose something with average attenuation to leave a bit of sweetness to back up the malt and hops.
