A classic hefeweizen wheat beer style, pale and slightly cloudy with a tart finish with notes of Banana and Clove from the yeast. This is just the grain bill for the recipe – You will need to add hops and yeast. Suggested yeast for this recipe is Lalbrew Munich Classic and you will need 1 x each of Hallertau Mittelfruh and Tettnang if you are following the recipe. Can also be made just using Hallertau, Saaz or Perle if you prefer to play with the hop bill yourself.
If using a brewzilla or other single vessel brewery than 300-500gm of rice hulls can assist with making the sparge easier.
