Magnesium Sulphate 250gm
Magnesium Sulphate (Epsom Salts) is a salt used to increase the mineral content of brewing liquor to improve its brewing quality and produce the desired beer characteristics. Increases Sulphate content of brewing liquor without increasing Calcium content. Imparts dry bitter character to beer, enhancing aspects of the hop bitterness profile.
Also used as a coagulant in making tofu.
