Pacific Ale Beer Kit is a clone of the Stone & Wood Pacific Ale, a brew that has quickly become a favourite Australian beer style.

Pacific Ale is a one of a kind type of beer that balances a malt bill that’s full bodied yet dry and clean enough to allow for the tropical hop character to refresh your palate leaving you wanting another.

The star of the show – Australian grown Galaxy Hops. You simply can’t call it Pacific Ale if it doesn’t have the passionfruit, tropical, citrus character that is balanced and smooth without scratchy bitterness.

With the Keg King Pacific Ale Kit, you’ll get a laid back tropical vibe and a beer around 4.5% ABV that presents with a bright hazy golden yellow colour, and a medium white head perfumed with passionfruit and orange peel hop aromas.

Spot on for the Australian climate, it provides tropical refreshment at a warm, breezy, seaside, summer lunch or bringing sunshine in a glass to another grey winter day in Melbourne. Consider it a light and tropical summer ale that works in any season.

Simply pour the kit into your sanitised fermenter, top up with water, pitch your yeast and keep your brew at temp. You’ll enjoy every sip of the easiest beers you’ve ever made at price that makes more sense than the bottleshop. Keg King Brewing is beer brewed better. Take one home and make your own drop of heaven.
