The 30L Pail Fermenters have made a return, backed by demand from brew stores around Australia.

Blow molded fermenters are tried and proven, they do require a bit more care when cleaning and sanitising to avoid problems, particulary as time goes on – as an alternative these 30L pail fermenters are easier to clean with straight smooth side walls, and sold as a kit with all the required parts for your convenience. An additional benefit is once the tap/airlock have been removed these fermenters nest together which makes storage easier if you are strapped for room.

The front label is completely safe to spray down with ethanol / isopropyl. No need for white board markers. Go nuts with permanent markers!
