A clone of the iconic Coopers Pale Ale, Australian Pale Ale style. This is the grain bill to suit 23 litres, you will need to select a yeast and hops to suit. Ideally you could culture the yeast from a few stubbies of original Coopers Pale as the yeast is quite unique, however you will get a great Australian Pale Ale result from either Fermentis US-05 or Lallemand Nottingham. Pride of Ringwood is the hop of choice for this brew, however as always you can experiment with whatever takes your fancy.
