A blend of salt and nitrite used for curing and preserving meat in smallgoods manufacture. For smallgoods, use 60g per 50kg of meat. For 20% pump, use 65g to 10L of brine. For 30% pump use 45g to 10L of brine. For cover pickle use 50g to 10 litres of water. Contains 12% sodium nitrite.
